Q1: What is the Lead time?
RE: Normally 3-5 business days for samples, 10-15 business days for bulk orders.
Q2. Do you have some projects in global market?
RE: (1) We are professional enough, and most of our clients in Germany are project contractors, we are experienced to serve their projects with fast reaction.
(2) We are three years high bay and flood lights supplier for the Asia largest printing and paper making company in Indonesia, Asia Pulp&Paper CO.,Ltd(APP);
(3) We served three stages of projects in Germany;
(4) Our panel used in Cologne rail way station, and our flood light used in outdoor tennis courts in Dusseldorf.....
Q3: LEDs are more expensive than other lighting options,why ?
RE: LEDs can operate as stand alone devices,but when grouped or clustered they require additional steps to operate properly. LEDs need proper components such as a circuits can be designed rapidly, but to ensure that they operate correctly and for long periods of time they require testing.
Q4. What’s the meaning of “Beam Angle “?
RE: The spread of light from a luminaire. For example: a fitting such as a low bay ,which is closer to the floor,will have a wider beam angle to illuminate a given floor area while a high bay fitting will have a narrower beam.
Q5: What are the payment methods you can accept ?
RE: We can accept multiple payment routes in order to be more flexible and convenient for our customers all over the world,Western Union,Paypal,T/T,L/C.But generally the standard payment method is T/T for bulk orders,30% T/T in advance,balance 70% before shipment The bank information is written in the PI.
Q6.How important is IP rating?
RE: Classifies and rates the degree of protection provided against intrusion (body parts such as hands and fingers), dust, accident contact, and water by mechanical casing and electrical enclosures.
Q7. What are your main markets?
RE: We focus on European market and Oceania market.
